With the expansive growth in the Boise area, there has come expanding retirement and 55 plus communities in the surrounding Treasure Valley. Located in the valley, Meridian has become a popular city to consider as residents enter their retirement years.
 
Meridian is roughly 12 miles west of Boise, offerings residents beautiful views of the Boise Mountain Range to the northeast and the Owyhee Mountain range to the southwest. It has a small-town charm and all the amenities of a big city. On the north end of town, there are large custom homes on spacious lots, golf course homes, and resort-like communities with views of the mountains and river valley below.
